Brasilfit Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Policy: Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Brasilfit has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.
We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
- An item purchased at brasilfit.com.au, excluding items with final sale disclaimers.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- In original purchased condition with tags attached.
- In original and undamaged packaging.
- Unworn and unused.
- Not underwear or socks.
- Not damaged in any way.
Important: Brasilfit takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please ensure you use tracked shipping.
Exchange and Credit Note: To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept return items that are worn, washed, dirty, damaged, or stained. Once the return arrives at our warehouse, the items must be inspected before we can approve an exchange or credit note. Please allow up to 14 days upon delivery for our team to conduct an inspection and process an exchange or credit note. This is valid for 12 months.
Brasilfit is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the safe return of your item.
Damages and Issues: Every piece is internally checked before being sent to customers. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact returns@brasilfit.com.au immediately with photos.
Refunds: Only genuine faults will be accepted for a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be accepted for any other instances including:
- Stretched to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray or rip.
- Fake tan, makeup and deodorant damage.
- Dryer damage causing shrinkage or fabric/logo deterioration.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method; this may take up to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to occupational health and safety, Brasilfit holds the right to refuse a refund or store credit on any item that is returned that has been damaged or worn.
Items Not Considered Defective: Items that were washed or dried not following the instructions listed on the product page and in the label attached to the actual clothes will not be considered defective.
Return Conditions for Sale Items: All items marked with a final sale disclaimer cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items unless covered under our Warranty Policy.
International Returns: For international returns, please contact our customer care team at returns@brasilfit.com.au to organise. Return shipping costs will apply to international returns unless your return is under our Warranty Policy.
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please request this via our return request email. After submitting your exchange request, we recommend posting your items back at your earliest convenience.
Refund Process: We are happy to offer a full refund on all full-priced items, excluding underwear and socks, for up to 30 days from purchase provided the items meet the above requirements. Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original account of payment.
Item/s that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item, i.e., the listed price for that item at the time of order less the discount applied.
How to Make an Online Return: Please submit your return request via email to returns@brasilfit.com.au or via our online chat. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
How to Make a Return if You Have Moved Overseas: For international returns, please contact our customer care team at returns@brasilfit.com.au to organise. Return shipping costs will apply to international returns unless your return is under our Warranty Policy.
When Will My Purchase Be Refunded? We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Faulty Items on Arrival: If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request for return or exchange via email to returns@brasilfit.com.au with photos of the defect.
Other Scenarios Not Covered by Our Policy:
- Items damaged due to incorrect washing or drying not following the instructions on the product page and label.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers.
